We stand behind the durability of our gear, but if your mission requirements change, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tactical loadout for every parenting deployment.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Secure your gear in its original tactical packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
